Dew point calibration system is designed to verify and calibrate SF6 dew point meter, SF6 humidity sensor. The system is combined by a humidity generator and a dew point mirror, capable of producing dew point temperature from -65°C to +20°C.
The system provides dependable and long-term stable dew point output by approriate proportion of both wet and dry flow and control of moisture. It is integrated with a pressure swing dryer that will generate -65°C or even lower dry air or Nitrogen under general laboratory conditions.
The system features appearance, movable, easy operation, high precision and stability.
